scraping - property data - email data

I started building websites in 1996 and now work with clients to collect, enrich and simplify data. I work with data from open data sources, Google, LinkedIn and other websites. I collect data through scraping, official datasets, APIs and technical tools. I have extensive and specialised experience in email identification and verification and property data . Some of the systems I have developed work with data from: - Rightmove listings, OnTheMarket and Zoopla listings - including identifying full addresses for 80% for for sale listings - Zoopla price estimates - Ordnance Survey - Land Registry price paid - Land Registry polygons (geometry of all land titles) - Land Registry company owned - EPCs - Office National Statistics - Planning applications (from over two-thirds of individual local authorities) - VOA valuations (business rate assessments) - Council tax bands (for each property) Many of the datasets I maintain, and the systems I develop, use data from more than one source. I have a live copy of the Companies House Register, updated in real-time through their streaming APIs. I scrape LinkedIn UK using Sales Navigator on an automated basis and have over 1.5million personal profiles for senior executives in 550k companies. I have identified and verified (with proprietary tools) the emails for over 650k contacts from Companies House and LinkedIn for over 200k companies. I verify email addresses for mailing lists accurately enough to achieve a bounce rate lower than 1%, including verifying catchall emails. I can verify up to 25k emails a day, with full verification taking up to 3 days. I have regularly updated datasets for the CQC (and Welsh, Scottish and Northern Irish equivalents), FCA, ACCA, ICAEW, SRA, and other regulatory bodies. I scrape sites such as yell.com, thomsonlocal.com, rightmove.co.uk, zoopla.co.uk, booking.com, indeed.co.uk, reed.co.uk, cv-library.co.uk, gassaferegister.co.uk, jewson.co.uk, maps.google.co.uk, and other sites requiring logins. I scrape sites using Cloudflare, Data Dome and other bot-mitigation systems. My reviews on this site show I provide work quickly and to a high standard.
