I have some great experiences working as an assistant researcher while I worked in the United States, I was able to develop research, collecting and analyzing data, making graphs and reports. I also have worked as an intern in Civil Engineering office in my university I worked with a larger team of people, learning to deal with different actors, improving my communication, and developing networking skills. Finally, I have worked one year as a customer service representative and leadership in Transcosmos Company. It was a great opportunity to work with people relations, where I was able to deal with different customer profiles and help to solve their issues. I was also able to learn new tools like SAP and Zendesk for inventory inquiries, updating customer records, responding to requests, and directing solutions. I believe that I improved my organizational skills, certainly, I had to deal with pressure, and I improved my teamwork skills. I am really interested in working in a remote job as a freelancer, I believe I can be a key in your company because I can think out of the box to solve problems and create intelligent short ways. I can work regarding data collection, analysis, reports, writing emails, customer service in general.
