I'm a full time professional cartoonist and commercial illustrator from Brazil. As an commercial illustrator I've worked for several high profile clients in Brazil, such as Editora Abril, Editora Saraiva, Editora Moderna, Globo Produções, Folha de São Paulo, among others. Having illustrated more than 20 books, among them 3 children's books. My work has also been featured in several magazines, newspapers and websites. In advertising I've worked for brands such as Faber Castell, Skol, Neosaldina, Rede Globo and Cartoon Network. I've also worked for more than ten years as a professional comic book artist, having published more than 10 comics and graphic novels in the brazilian market. I've also done 2 comic book monthly series for Editora Abril as the penciler. I'm also a teacher in character design and comics courses.

"This job was started as an exploratory project when hiring for another job. Some projects are undertaken because a talent like Leonardo is discovered during review of the proposals. Leonardo has been very patient to answer questions and provide guidance to shape the new project ideas and his sample sketch page done for this hire has been excellent to persuade me to take up the large project. I am now preparing the necessary materials and look forward to engaging Leonardo again soon for the big job. Thank you. :)"
