A leading Architectural Firm faced with double digit growth needed assistance in sourcing, screening, negotiating and on-boarding a Chief Information Officer. This position required a highly technical sourcing process as well as a unique cultural requirement. I successfully located top talent which included a pool of five viable candidates. In addition, I delivered an IT Skills Gap Analysis to offer the necessary details for the CEO to make the most educated decision.

Policy changes at the State made visible a need to collaborate across county to audit the State's welfare payment processing. ​Engaged by a local welfare fraud department, PSG modernized the welfare reporting and auditing process by leveraging cloud services to integrate multiple counties which supported the dual payment reduction initiative throughout the county. Our integrated analysis methodology incorporated multiple levels of agencies to promote collaboration across business units. ​Enabling better use of state social services funds and a process to recapture funds delivered in error.
