I have spent the ten years of my career developing my skills as a support executive. After graduation, I joined Reliance Communication in 2010 as a chat support associate. I was providing support to post-paid customers where the focus was to provide the highest customer satisfaction, and along with that, I also used to pitch relevant products and services to customers. So, it was like bringing a smile to customers' faces with the best support and upselling products and services which will benefit the customer in the long run. This role required a lot of conversation with customers, and I genuinely love to interact with people. Rather than just work to meet my targets, I always work towards higher goals, like personal excellence and long-lasting building relationships. And I strongly believe that when you truly care for your prospects, customers, and colleagues, it will show, and you will reap the rewards that trust will bring.
I am a goal-oriented person, and I always keep a common goal for my organization and myself. I strongly believe that only when my company will grow will I be able to grow. So, I set ambitious but achievable goals. And to achieve my goals, I remain highly engaged because I can provide support with complete conviction only if I know and believe in my product. The high engagement helps me to think creatively and offer better solutions to my customers.
Lately, I have worked for Equinix since 2016, supporting their sales representatives to build quotes, answering questions from the field, providing remote client-focused support, and acting as a liaison between the Sales team and other cross-functional teams. Since salespeople are target-oriented, it’s a pleasant feeling at every quarter-end when salespeople acknowledge that my prompt support helped them close many critical deals and achieve their targets.
