One project deals specifically with the development of a systems security plan for a classified network spanning 5 geographical sites. I also manage the IA/IT personnel and status of system security plans for the other 5 sites that fall under this program. The second project is focused on system security development for a system throughout the engineering lifecycle with focus on preventing the reverse engineering of the system in development. In this position I regularly develop, review and/or approve BOEs (Basis of Estimates), projecting costs and personnel/manpower requirements over specified time period(s) for new projects and contracts. I plan and supervise team execution of tasks and project development, lead customer interactions and status briefings, as well as recruit and hire new employees. My System Security Management experience at this company and previous companies have enabled me to gain extensive AGILE experience as both a SCRUM Master and AGILE Product owner.
