Machine Learning/ Deep Learning Model Robustness and protection As a student of Computer Science, I designed and developed semester projects on Oracle database Systems with GUI Frontend in 3 tier Architecture, Basic Packet tracer simulation projects (VLAN, DHCP, Subnetting), Unity 3D Car game, Compiler Syntax Analyzer (Error Handler). In my final year project, the topic was “Heart Condition Prediction using Left ventricle MR Imaging”. In which deep learning-based model uses two techniques of supervised learning e.g., Classification and semantic segmentation. The front-end was developed in C# code and integrated with the python backend. Deep network designer with JSON output in C#, graphs were serialized. As a researcher in Computer Science, knowing my research domain (AI), I worked on Question Answering systems using the BERT transformer model and unsupervised method to learn from textbooks, research articles on model robustness using hinge regularization, and Fake data generation using GAN.
