"She has good demeanor and is available for work and responds promptly.She has good communication skills but obviously, she lacks competency as well as required skills to perform well on independent projects which require adherence to technological constrains as well as following guidelines which require a deeper thought process as well as holistic thinking.Also she only wrote like 4-5 lines of code but demanded the payment of first milestone which I find very unprofessional but I released it anyway.She obviously lacks skills in the domains she mentioned on her profile."
