I handled a small team handling Simple claims, supported them on Technical Questions, did Quality Audits, and helped the Team in their Up-skill trainings. We've had a change in the Organizational Structure by Dec 2015 and I was assigned as Workforce Analyst until the end of August 2016. As a Workforce Analyst, I learned Inventory Management and Capacity Planning. I was promoted as Junior Team Lead/Service Delivery Operations Analyst by September 2016 and performed this job until April 2020. I managed up to 40+ Associates under different functions, and ensured that all key metrics of performance per Client SLA were met and exceeded per Function. I made sure to monitor/coach the Individual Performance of my Associates. I also worked together with my colleagues and clients in pinpointing and improving the System Issues and Quality Opportunities. Recently completed my certification for Amazon Online Arbitrage Sourcing in Legendary VAs and is now doing freelance work.
