"Was able to complete the job in 2 minutes but asked questions about the job * To make sure the job was completed right* Then the client disappeared for 2 weeks and got mad because Upwork approved a deposit. Any freelancer should ask questions about a job and keep a clean line of communication. Not sure how you can say someone needs knowledge of something or what they should know whenever they have 0 knowledge about WordPress. Beware of working with this person as they will try and devalue your service and then get mad about you not wanting to do her cheap outsourced work."

"I had a 522 error with cloudfare. The fix was to reboot the communication between cloudfare and the original host to make sure they had matching IPs. I discovered this myself and fixed it on my own a couple of hours later. I would give 4/5 for me having to fix the issue, but Stephen was responsive and took the time to try and assess on his end. Plus cloudfare has terrible terrible customer service which didnt help stephen. He made a recommendation that I upgrade my cloudfare plan. Although that did not work, maybe I'll need it for the future 🤷🏽‍♂️ ."
