site supervision as well as in design office. My first experience in
design office as junior design engineer helped me in understanding
complex engineering drawings including steel structure and about
the theoretical background involved in designing structures, so after
my experience in design office i am appointed as site supervisor of
7 storey commercial building, as due to my background experience
in design office i am able to pick out the mistakes and discuss it with
design engineer before implementing it practically on site.
