"This role started out as transcription for analytics procedures but then Roberts became the right-hand man for the operational side of my analytics business. Roberts has been working on standardised Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Google Data Studio tasks, including onboarding customers, setting up goals and filters, setting up tags, testing developers' work, setting up reports from templates and checking Google Analytics data for accuracy and errors. He has reached a level where he can do many of these tasks without supervision. He's also worked on custom tasks such as custom reports and custom analytics setup with supervision and had a good understanding and was able to follow direction well."
