I was born in Tirana, Albania and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Translation and Interpretation, to further extend my academic research in Slovakia, where I studied Translation Theory and Linguistics for 6 months. I have more than three years of experience as a translator, digital journalist and digitial content manager in one of the biggest media groups in Europe: Euronews. My work consisted on writing original stories, research, content creation, transcription of several interviews, as well as translating articles from English into Albanian and vice-versa and proofreading them in both languages. Apart from being a specialized translator, I wrapped up my second Masters degree on Democracy and Human Rights, graduating with a double degree from Uni of Bologna and Uni of Sarajevo, to later become an intern at the Council of Europe office in Sarajevo. I am currently on UpWork to earn a few more, as a freelancer, as I am very passionate about what I do and I manage to always finish everything within the given deadline.
