As a Private Consultant to more than 150 companies (to date): helped launch a solar energy company, their first product and initial fund raising; worked with a software company the management team to reengineer the company to be marketing driven; worked with the founder to launch a disruptive SaaS platform in the automotive industry; helped a private equity firm assess potential acquisitions and mergers and guided the integrations of the new firms; worked with the founder to transform a small B2C company into the world's largest B2B licensor of digital art.
