"Sean started off great, was very helpful and knowledgeable. He decided that he didn't want to keep doing the job and graciously helped transition to a new programmer. He said that he was going to continue to work as an adviser as the new programmer got up to speed and then disappeared, not answering any emails or other means of communication. Had he moved on in a more transparent manner his score would be higher."
