"Was hired to provide an indicator and gave me some poorly written code that would not load on my ultra-fast internet and ultra-fast computer. Refused to immediately provide a refund once he realized he did not have the skill to do the job. He even dared to ask for additional funds, stating he worked hard on the project. It is completely irrelevant how much time he since he accomplished nothing. I had 2 other people working on the same project who provided satisfactory work that actually loaded."
