"I cannot tell if Shubhanker Tiwari is a good programer or not, so do not take this review with respect his programming skills. I wanted him to make my Python TK app more beautiful. However the style he liked is not the style I wanted for my app so I cancelled the job beforehand. With respect communication, and schedule, he took longer than expected (also because I rejected the first style already) but when I asked the expected delivery date he was not specific."
