Senior Marketing/Brand Manager

Writing has been both my most effective and proficient business skill and a personal passion for as long as I can remember. It's an asset that has helped solidify my role as Marketing Director for world-class brands and global consumer products for almost twenty years. In my professional career, I've been responsible for product development, brand management, and and all aspects of Marketing, Promotion, Media, and Messaging. I've been the pen behind the product of hundreds of beauty and fashion skus launched and distributed globally representing world-renown fashion, beauty, designer and celebrity brands. In charge of every aspect of the brands' messaging (digital, social, print, packaging, ad slogans, blogs, newsletters, PR), I aim to deliver content to resonate with the target audience, drive awareness, convert sales, and inspire, inform, and entertain the reader and consumer. I've worked on a variety of projects with clients from so many diverse industries, product lines, and copywriting objectives. I love contributing and crafting content for clients. I'm flexible with time and compensation and enjoy the process of researching the project, understanding the angle, and creating content that's compelling, interesting, and ultimately moves the needle. In addition to my "day job" writing tasks, I've written humor, poetry, sales pitches, acceptance speeches, slogans and taglines, song lyrics and screenplays, website copy, press releases, blogs, newsletters, and more. And with the emergence of digital technology, I understand the pros and cons of AI, write with an SEO-focus, and strive to evolve and improve my style and versatility when creating content. Personally, I've traveled the world, worked in various industries, earned my Master's (MBA), and have lived all over the US. My mother was an English teacher so grammar, structure, and flow are second nature.
