I have 3 years experienced on operational side of hospitality management from being a cashier until promoted as restaurant manager. Along my journey in the restaurant I have learned basic reporting such an daily monitoring sales, planning, forecasting targets, profit and lost and resolve customer concerns and complains. Given a chance to be a Hotelier and as a cost control officer in finance department, I enjoy the opportunities to learn the purpose and importance of finance team to the company. As a cost control officer I have to be meticulous in data and report because these are the keys for the management to decide for the business.
