"Overall I had a great experience with Parbat. I have some concerns about the accuracy of his work, but I wasn't able to confirm beyond a reasonable doubt that certain mistakes on a project were in fact his. So that's why I gave 4 stars on the quality of work. I'd definitely recommend him, just pay close attention to the amount of time he spends on tasks, and ensure they're done exactly as you expect for the first 2-4 weeks and I think you'll get on a good flow with him."
