Currently, I am working for Whisker, which produces Litter-Robot, Feeder-Robot, and Litterbox.com. I briefly worked in the customer experience field of the medical insurance sector in healthcare. Therefore, I am eager to expand my knowledge in this area. I am committed to resolving issues promptly, answering inquiries accurately, and ensuring a positive customer experience. My ultimate goal is to exceed customer expectations, and I am always eager to go the extra mile to achieve customer satisfaction.
