To be honest, I'm currently employed for a Japanese company as a full-time office-based Team Lead for the Recruitment & SMM. I have experience working for operations, admin, and HR as a support, recruiter, social media marketer and (now) team leader. Part of my responsibilities is daily operations monitoring, handling timekeeping and payroll, event planning, daily communication with our clients and home-based team members through Slack, Skype, and email; creating project timelines, task management, creating posters and ads, creating ad campaigns for recruitment, interviewing applicants.
