"Unfortunately Andrea was quite unresponsive throughout our time working together for several months. Although yes we were able to made progress in several areas, the work produced did not seem to match the hours billed. It was also difficult to schedule 1:1 time with her to clarify missing issues. She did finally report that she had some family health problems but unfortunately she was unable to communicate with me in real time when she would be late/miss a meeting, etc. However, the lack of communication was present prior to the family problems. I need someone more responsive."
