"We had a great experience working with Meliza. Throughout our contract, Meliza has demonstrated great Customer support skills and managed to perform great throughout our whole contract with her. Her personalized answers and focus on understanding Customers' problems helped significantly to turn unhappy customers into happy ones. From personal skills, Meliza has demonstrated great interpersonal skills, which helped significantly for both parties to voice issues out and work on improvements. In addition, Meliza would always appreciate feedback and would take it into account when trying to improve her towards even better performance. Lastly, Meliza is a great person to work with when it comes to testing new approaches to Customer support - she would always give valuable feedback and insights that we should improve on.
