He really took the time to find my mixing issues/errors and was able to help push certain tracks through the mix. I definitely learned new techniques that I will apply in future projects. "I had been looking to hire an audio - postproduction freelancer to make corrections to pass a quality check for TV. *Please note* that I am very selective, detailed and serious about my project. Various people applied, but what drew me to Evan was instead of speaking about his extensive experience in the field, he chose to take the initiative to explain the corrections that needed to be made. He explained exactly what a quality team in distribution is flagging for TV standards in his first pitch to my post. This tells me 1: I am dealing with a confident person who knows the business and 2: Anyone who takes the time out to teach you about what they are doing, instead of just “doing it and sending it back” tells me he not only loves what he does - but is passionate about making sure the job gets done correctly. I worked with Evan for a month on this project and he remained consistent, on time, and incredibly professional. He is a straight up guy, and believe me if you hire him, you will never have to worry about your project. It’s in good hands. What I appreciate the most about Evan is that he treated my project with respect as if it were his own, it is always a wonderful experience when working with people that treat your projects as if it’s their priority. is that he checked in with me about deadlines and I never had to wonder what progress was being made. He went back and double checked his work and gave me countless numbers of re-checks, re-mastering, and re-edits to my footage. He seriously made this process not only easy and stress free, but a memorable one. I will be working with Mr. Evan again in the future.
