I hold a total of about 13 years of experience starting from being a customer service expert and then a supervisor, team leader and trainer in quick succession in only 1.75 years. I was awarded best employee of the year during these 1.75 years and won the best trainer award for 3 years in the 3.7 years of training where I trained over 400 people. I have worked with ATT, McAfee, Microsoft and have 4 years of experience handling teams as a Sales Manager.
I joined Lawn Love, and became the Sales Manager and was a manager for 3 years handling easily over 30 people at a time making sure they meet the targets while giving excellent QA scores.
I'm very tech savvy as I was a technical process trainer in AT&T Tech support which is the highest level of tech support offered over the phone.
Besides this, I've set up call centers of over 40 people, hired for those 40, trained them, mentored them and deployed them for different centers as a consultant successfully for 2 years.
And the best for last, I've worked directly under two CEOs which were not small companies and added tremendous value to those companies increasing the revenue by 1% YOY!
