Legal specialist - General Counsel

I started my career as legal specialist support – general counsel after my Master's Degree in Law. During my experience, I have acquired a long experience in managing legal matters as an in-house counsel, and I have the correct contact with registered lawyers in Italy when it is necessary for completing the work. I have experience in Italian Law and civil and common law legislation in Europe. I usually draft legal opinions or proper legal letters for my clients. I have a long experience in conciliation settlement. I always try to solve clients' needs in the shortest period. Usually, I support the drafting and negotiation of all types of agreements for small and big companies. I typically draft and revise many sale or supply agreements, NDA, MTA, service agreements, license agreements, and specific agreements for software inbound and outbound. Regarding CRO, pharma, and medical devices, I had the opportunity to support the legal department of the university's hospital. Negotiating contracts to me mean to have always one solution to every problem. I'm not the Legal Specialist who create new obstacle but the one that solves problems by minimizing risks.
