I started out in Veterinary Medicine but when COVID came about I was unable to continue my education. I ended up landing a job with a real estate company started recruiting talent there. I developed my recruiting and screening methods from my research of non traditional hiring and screening processes that were more effective than the traditional questions. My company's turnover went from over 70% to 20% in 6 months. From there I knew that I could also do more to improve what I had learned and applied and Upwork is a great place to help people grow and try new things.
