My Process:
(1) Background Research
After reviewing the assignment, I will dig in to highlighted topics to make sure my writing is informed and relevant. I will also take a look at your organization's previous content to make sure that I adapt to your mission and style.
(2) Briefing Meeting
At our first meeting, we can go over my research to make sure that I am on the right track to produce the content you are looking for. Further, we can discuss how to best communicate throughout the process. This may include setting dates and procedures for drafts, revisions, and final delivery.
(3) Drafts & Revisions
I will send drafts to be discussed and revised. Depending on the assignment, the number of revisions will vary (the longer and more detailed the writing, the more revisions). Generally, I will do 1 revision for 250 - 500 words, 2 for 500 - 1000 words, and 3 to 4 for more than 1000 words. Based on feedback, I will edit and proofread my work to make sure it fits your demands before sending it back.
(4) Communication
I can work with email, Slack, Teams, or any other tools used by your organization. I am also familiar with project management tools such as Trello. Overall, I can adapt easily to existing workplace sturctures.
(4) Delivery
For smaller projects (250 - 500 words) I can deliver within 1 to 2 days. Medium projects (500 - 1000 words) will take 2 to 3 days. Long projects (more than 1000 words) will take 3 to 4 days. This may vary depending on the level of detail and research required.
Availability & Pricing:
After accepting an offer, I can start working right away. I can work well under pressure and with tight deadlines. My services are available for both individual projects and longterm arrangements. I am willing to work for fixed fees and hourly rates.
