I feel as though she was very attentive to the brand's needs, she was patient with me and helped me to understand certain aspects of the design process I didn't fully comprehend. She made sure that she followed through on the project in a timely manner and she always overdelivered. She has a great eye for design and she's a great communicator which are two key ingredients I was looking for when I was looking for someone to work on our branding visuals. One thing I will mention is that if you don't speak Spanish, she is not fluent in speaking English but her response rate over messages in terms of writing, comprehension and communication is a 20/10.
