• managing personal, family & business calendars and appointments
• facilitating brainstorming sessions and conference/event planning meetings
• creating realistic budgets and tracking expenditures
• designing themes, logos, invitations, badges, etc.
• building custom visual presentations (slide decks)
• selecting vendors (including keynote speakers and entertainers) and venues and negotiating contracts
• coordinating and supervising vendors, venue and residence personnel
• designing and assembling gift/swag bags
• creating event timelines, virtual calendars, seating charts, cuisine experiences, etc.
• coordinating technical design and production stage management
• booking and managing travel & lodging requirements
I thrive on managing projects and events, as well as organizing teams and communities. I can accomplish this remotely and am pleased to travel (Anywhere You Want Me To Be) to produce any live experience!
