"Dear Upwork team We hired Orgest for integration of Power BI, Time Doctor and SQL Database. On the basis of clear instruction of research, training and implementing, here is our experience been with him 1. As per 1st milestone, he was supposed to provide licenses, storage and services for the given project requirement which failed in delivering. a. Instead he directly started with the development of SQL on Azure and asked us to install SQL Management studio and Pycharm which was done but it was not part of the 1st milestone. Moreover, he also didn’t share the plan on how to integrate the installed softwares with Pycharm and Time doctor and Power BI and SQL Data Management Studio b. Furthermore, he activated the first milestone completion without our approval, which was not completed as per our requirement. However, the payment was transferred automatically to his account as per Upwork policy of not responding to approved milestone. 2. After payment, it was asked that our requirement was not completed, then he answered that he didn't have the required skills. 3. Furthermore, he has been giving articles to read through search engines and randomly suggesting softwares or services without any prior knowledge. There have been no conclusive results since he has been on board. and he has not been responding after multiple messages to him."
