Hey! My name is Filip and i specialise in anything that is based round customer service and marketing! *Personal assistant/live chat help *Website building *Social media Management *premium marketing campaigns *influencer + Ad campaigns I realised that this was my calling when I started off working in the customer service industry and it was purely to impact people's lives positively day by day as I have always looked to put smiles on faces! Whether these are your soon to be happy new clients or recurring clientele I will do everything to make sure all of the processes run smoothly! My first role working in a leading bank in the UK in the fraud department showed me these two qualities that I have and it taught me a lot about how to interact with people too. This led me onto my second job for the biggest energy company in the UK - Scottish Power with over 5 million customers - where I was able to not only put smiles on faces After over a year in the Energy industry I was given an opportunity to expand my people skills even further and I was employed as a social media manager. I know that these days a lot of companies look for qualifications and I completely understand why but I also believe that there are certain roles you could be amazing at and have no “university” qualifications too. Therefore, upon starting this marketing role I am confident as I completed numerous courses as well as using all of the experience I gathered which gives you an understanding of how attaining new customers works. On the other hand though, I have now worked with multiple companies that I manage SMM for and also build websites too! All of these jobs have been completed to the best ability making sure both sides are happy! No spamming and no money spent on advertising (unless you wish to run ads) I have a wide portfolio now with incredible Statistics! So please don’t hesitate to request this!
