Zoho Developer & System Integration Specialist

I have more than 30 years of leadership, management, and development experience in IT. I was a Vice President for a major financial firm in New York for the bulk of those years, leading development teams, performing business analysis, managing projects and development, and actually doing development myself. Over the years there, I coded in various languages, from C, C#, Pascal, and Java, and integrated applications to MQ, DB2, and SQL Server. There, I worked primarily on Linux and Windows. My clients there consisted primarily of the Legal and Compliance divisions and Finance. More recently, I've worked for small companies as a developer and director of Development. Here, I have, again, been involved in business analysis, requirements documentation, project management, and code development. The languages and tools my teams and I have used were primarily PHP, GIT, Javascript, Java, Python, MySql, Zoho Creator, and Zoho CRM. I have integrated a variety of systems, including MQTT, Twilio, Zapier, and Zoho. Currently, my work consists almost entirely of helping clients with their Zoho platforms, setting up or adjusting their CRM, creating new Creator applications, setting up their Analytics, or integrating external systems with the Zoho suite. As a Zoho CRM/Creator Partner, I am passionate about engaging with my clients to help them improve their organization's needs and processes using Zoho’s suite of applications and tools. Between CRM, Creator, Forms, Books, Documents, Analyst, and Campaigns (to mention a few), Zoho has solutions for every small to medium-sized business. My specialty is working with clients to adapt Zoho to their operations, in particular, CRM and Creator. I also specialize in integrating Zoho applications with external systems and APIs. Well-versed in Zoho Deluge, its pros and cons, strengths and weaknesses, I also enjoy taking Zoho Creator far beyond its out-of-the-box limits and making (as Zoho calls it) the "operating system of business" into tailored applications for any kind of business or organization.
