Hello, I am Fernando, I am a perfectionist to the limit, I like to test things and to push until it is a pixel and functionally are perfect with consistency and functionally for a better end-user experience, when I must describe a functionality problem I give as much detail as I can, supported with videos or screenshots, so the repair will be done in the smallest period. I am organized and structured, I am a professional that enjoys the work. When I work in a team, I like to be the one that helps to get things better with fluent communication, not only the one that finds errors, and I believe that teamwork is the soul of a development team. I start working as Q&A in august of 2013 with a Canadian company, symplyappointments, start as the second Q&A and finish in the position of manager of the Q&A team and coordinating with the project manager on the task that team will work, I leave the company on the march of 2015, then I move to xlntbrain.com as Q&A and worked for a year until the project gets consistency and my job was no needed, on august I started working on goconsensus.com and it has a great experience of almost 2 years with the team to get a strong site with happy clients. My last job was for an Australian SaaS company Besoftware.biz has a higher standard of quality because of the certificates, ISO Reg: ZA026259, ISO27001:2013 certificate, IRAP Accreditation Letter, and GDPR Audit Report, all these certificates request that the job has been done with higher standards, I worked for almost 3 years with Besoftware, I was not only in charge of the Q&A, I also give support to clients through Zendesk system and I was responsible of the Risk assessment and acceptance of the test plan for every release as I was the Q&A manager, this was a great experience and challenge because it makes me grow as a Q&A and be part of a great family, because of the demands for the quality of work from day one. I also made short terms Q&A for mobiles on Android and IOS with success, because I have real devices and not emulated environments. Thanks for your time.
