"Job is a decent writer. However, as we go along, I realized that the quality became unacceptable. I discovered that he delegated the work to his friend, and that resulted in poor quality work. I had to rehire again to improve his friend's work, and it resulted in additional costs on my part. Aside from honesty issues and failing to meet deadlines, Job is still a decent writer to hire on this platform."
