"Alexey was great- very knowledgeable about the software and techniques involved in a very niche area of procedural modelling, gave good advice and suggestions freely, was communicative, fair in making small revisions, and made great progress each day on the milestones (to the point that I had to slow him down to keep in the asset budget each week, haha). We had a bit of a rough finish to the project, but I think that was primarily due to unrealistic expectations in the software / medium, and I don't really fault Alexey for that. I loved working with him, and will happily do so again in the future."
