"This project has been successfully completed but it took a lot longer than expected. Hana was very helpful and always available when I had questions but she was there as a guide rather than taking full control of the job. It turned out better in the long run as now I understand how payroll works and can proceed to file it myself and even fix mistakes if it ever comes up. That being said, I was not looking to do it myself with guidance/or hand-holding which was the case. I was looking for someone who would understand my needs and do it on my behalf."
