"Over all, it took almost a month and some of the criteria I wanted her to fix was not fixed till this day. The video she made was excellent. The photos I had to redirect her again to get some decent images up. After reviewing my photos, she did not follow my expectation for some pictures. I hope she can be a bit more responsible on fixing the pictures and be more responsive since after she cancels the contract she’s less responsive. We had a high hope for her outcome, the first drafted pictures, we felt like there was no effort put into it. You can still see dust particles on the mask. With numerous attempts trying to ask her to re take the photo, it still has dust particles sitting ontop. Please help us fix our last two pictures."
