I have had experience working in Accenture Philippines and Quantrics Enterprise as a Customer Service Representative. I was also an outbound sales representative in Sterling Global.
These experiences helped me hone my communication and social skills. Teaching and working as a customer service representative increased my patience and improved my ability to handle difficult situations. I have received calls with irate customers and have management to diffuse their anger to successfully resolve their issues. Meeting learners and assisting clients from all over the world gives me joy and excitement. I am a determined worker who has great enthusiasm in accomplishing tasks assigned to me. With all these said, I am still interested in learning new skills and abilities that is why I am applying for a position in with you.
I am able to communicate well in written and oral English. I am proficient in using Microsoft Office tools and I am also able to follow instructions well.
