UX/UI Designer & Brand Strategist

As a User Experience Designer, my goal is for you to win over customers with beautiful and intuitive designs. Naturally, not everyone will become your customer but bad UI will make some people not even consider you as an option! As your UX/UI designer there are certain things you can expect from me going forward. - I meet deadlines. A successful product launch can do wonders... as the saying goes "A good start is half the battle". This is why it's important for me to work on projects that are not rushed so I can give maximum results and kick off a successful launch. - I will ask tactical questions that will help me understand your company at a deeper level. This will allow me to help your business grow by placing my efforts in the right areas. -I will do competitor research to see what your competitors are doing right now. Most importantly, I will search for areas that you can add more value to win over more customers. - I will deliver beautiful web and mobile designs that just work. - Test product with real users. I won't just say the design is intuitive. I will get it in the hands of real customers and let them tell us how it feels and what issues they have with it so I can make the necessary changes. - I communicate regularly. Even though I am a self starter that can work independently, I have a strong value for keeping the lines of communication open and keeping you updated on the progress of the project.
