While perfection of a craft may be near impossible, I have been refining mine continuously for 10+ years. I learned English as a second language at a young age, and eventually fell in love with its unique characteristics and its universality. After graduating with a 4.0 from Arizona State University with an MA in English Language and Literature/Letters, I can say that my craft is at the best it has ever been. My MA degree allowed me to master the art of academic writing and research analysis, while understanding what it takes to write for all other mediums; writing across all curriculums, if you will. Creative writing is also a strong suit of mine; I can confidently say that I have finished the rough draft of my first novel. During my early college years, I wrote a bi-weekly relationship/advice column in the Lebanese American University (LAU) newspaper, "Mosaic," titled "We Need to Talk." I have also just finished editing a book of poems for a published author, and have two academic essays of my own published in the CSUS Calaveras Station Arts & Literary Journal. I have been surrounded by the opportunities to dabble in copywriting for fellow colleagues, published scholars, and business and marketing friends. I pride myself on my punctuality and easily being able to adhere to a deadline. My biggest strengths include listening and understand the assignment, what is needed from me by those I have worked with, to deliver on my word with attention to detail and customer satisfaction. It is also extremely easy to communicate with me, as my response times are very quick. The skill I am most proud of is my adaptability, and my eagerness to learn whatever new skills are required to tackle any new challenge.
