Leif has been working in the outsourcing industry since 2006. He is the CEO and Founder of Virtual Workforce Professionals Inc.
He started his career as a customer service representative of Teleflora Web Services based in the United States. Then, he served as an Associate II agent at Callbox Inc., one of the largest outsourcing companies in the Philippines. His drive and competitive personality made him the company employee of the month twice in a row.
Back in 2010 he also became a Team Leader and Accounts Manager in Business Solutions and managed a team of agents/contractors while having been the company client's direct point of contact. He monitored and supervised the agents and their activities in the team while being responsible for maintaining and strengthening relationships with clients assigned to him through consistent customer contact.
He founded Virtual Workforce Professionals to help businesses grow by providing a team of Virtual Pros and in turn create work opportunities for the Philippines.
Leif holds a Bachelors's degree in Information Technology from Iloilo Science and Technology University(formerly Western Visayas College of Science and Technology).
