I'm Carlos Rodríguez, I have 10 years working on callcenters in projects like sales, customer service and tech support. Always looking forward to provide outstanding customer service. Currently working as an Operations Supervisor. I work with mailing rebates department which works with many promotion in which we have to do research on promos and guidelines, now as a Supervisor I follow up with the accomplishments of the metrics, making sure that we have a fluent communication with the representatives so we perform accordingly during the intervals of the day, also comunication with the clients of any events and receiving their instructions. We constantly make new proposals and execute ideas in order to improve our jobs and the results. We handle multiple reports and platforms.
