"Did not do the work."

"This person is a lie and a scammer. In the starting, he said there are 20+ listings but when I accepted the offer, there were 45+ listings on his account. He threats me to create listings of the products otherwise he will leave a bad review. I have created his listings on both store two times. After this he cancel the job and leave a bad review. I request him to change the review but in returns he demanded me to refunds his money. I refunded him and he also change the review but after a few days, he again threats me to create listings on Shopify. When, I didn't listen to him, this scammer changed the feedback. He also scammed one more person on other freelancer platform."
