HubSpot Automation | Product Analytics | CX/UX Designer - 15+ Years

I am tech startup founder and expert in sales/marketing operations, product development, UX, and managing the customer experience. I can improve user experience by designing wireframes and prototypes with the goal of delivering the right solution. I can also help you maximize business revenue by enabling your sales & marketing teams to improve processes with systems for prospecting, reporting, and deal management. --- Sales & Marketing Operations. I'm good at helping small to medium size companies optimize their sales and marketing tools. For over 10 years I have used HubSpot. I was an early customer of theirs and I've done everything you can imagine to make the tool work for my other company. I am HubSpot Marketing and Sales certified and I have a knack for all things sales/marketing ops. In addition to creating sales and marketing dashboards with custom reports, I have most recently used Pendo, Zapier, and HubSpot to create HubSpot Workflows that automatically create Tasks, notifications, and Deals for users that have engaged with our software in particular modules. I have built email templates, managed custom imports, performed data cleanup, built sequences, and defined personas, funnels and custom fields. --- CX/UX & Product My passion for customer experience and UX has has also driven me to implement user centered design (UCD) concepts like UX research, prototyping, and extensive usability testing. Using Figma, Sketch or Axure, I can build clickable prototypes and help software companies validate their ideas and test for usability. This greatly reduces the chance you will ship something customer don't love or can't use. Backing up a bit into the UCD process I've also performed research through in-depth user interviews to help inform business objectives. Qualitative research is always more time-consuming than quantitive (like surveys) but I find it help you understand the customer better and uncover unmet needs in the process. --- Why work with me?
