"Very good at what he does. Just a bit under-skilled for my needs, however I did require very obscure specialized knowledge. Our contract ended because of my perception that he either did not understand some specific instructions or that he did understand but just refused to follow the instructions and say so directly. I've learned some things from him which is not something I say often."

"I can definitely recommend Arkadii!. His English is fluent and has professional communication skills. Solved my server configuration problem related to file download within one hour. Good description about how he solved the problem and what was done by him. Had this problem checked by 3 different developers who could not solve this but Arkadii solved it within one hour! This guy is a professional and I would definitely recommend him :) Really nice guy, easy to work with good communication."
