Customer Support - Neutral Spanish Voice-over - Journalist

I will be your next customer support agent, video editor and Spanish writer. Since 2014 I've been doing freelancing jobs related to writing books, articles, magazines, web pages, radio article and for newspaper. I am a native Spanish speaker and I can write without any type of error, neither grammatical nor spelling. Writing is not my only skill, I can do video editing, translate and do photo retouch. I am curious and always in constant learning. Editing in Premiere Pro is one of my favorite things to do. I also love being in contact with people, being empathetic and helping to solve problems and inconveniences. I know how to deal with the public and how to turn an unpleasant situation into something better. I believe that not everyone can convince and have patience when approaching a conversation, and I feel that I am perfect for it.
