"We wish we had an overall different ending to this experience. Oleksandr is a talented and hard working guy. And eventually did two micro-projects "well". But at the same time he has two main faults that proven fatal for our projects together: (a) he believes his knowledge and experience are actually above what the reality is; (b) he is hard to work with and cooperate because it's either "his way or no way" and, in the process, shows lack of humility and requires a ton of handling. So you'll be better off in hiring him if you're not technical (and thus ready to follow his directions) and if you have him work alone. We've hired (and fired) many people on upWork. Of them all Oleksandr probably is one of those with the highest potential. I wish him luck and that he has the chance to work with more experienced and skilled people that show him the way up."

"Very sorry it didn't work out, This client wanted me to follow a solution by the other developer on their team. And that solution had some issues. So naturally - I didn't want to follow this path. Now about two points mentioned: a) I am qualified to compose a solution about the task in question. And I know how wordpress works in and out. I have been in this field for over 6 years. b) The task was given to me (and I was solo on it). I am open to cooperate if I am working in a team environment (which did happen in this company). I was the one providing my services for this company to solve this problem. Therefore I want to do it the way I think is best."
