Being in the Customer Support Industry for 7 years, I've gained lots of skills e.g. communication skills, multitasking, technical support, call handling, writing skills, working with U.S customers, solving problems, supervising team of experienced support specialists, time management, training skills, motivating team, research & analytical skills, fraud identification, quality auditor, presentation skills and the most importantly patience and decision making skills. Experience: 2 years of experience working with U.S telecommunication companies like locus, total call mobile, H2O,speedtalk mobile and liberty mobile as their customer support specialist. 3 years of experience working as a team leader of speedtalk mobile and liberty mobile customer support specialists. Reporting daily tasks to U.S clients and motivating team in achieving the daily targets were my core responsibilities. 2 years of experience working with Revolut (Fintech company in UK) as a KYC quality auditor. Review the quality of work done by the team as per the client criteria to ensure smooth flow of On-Boarding customers to use services offered by the company. Preparing and presenting the weekly business report to the clients on weekly basis. Currently I'm working as a virtual assistant of my client in UK where I'm responsible of following activities: - Email campaigns - marketing and managing multiple email IDs. - Sending invitations of webinar to people and to create the list of attendees. - Sending recordings or the presentation slides to the attendees using outlook mail merger.tool. - Online recruitment through social media platforms.
